Help please!

I'm a wedding photographer myself.. and I do know a bit about wedding's.. My sister is on a budget.. and the only thing she bought new was the dresses (not the wedding dress).. she got her wedding dress for 200 (worth over 1000).. She is making everything herself.. and is having a very elegant wedding on a budget for about 300 people.. so if you want ideas.. I bet my sister or myself can sure help you out.. Have to give my sister credit for all the things she's doing herself.. And alot of items she bought used, garage sales, craigslist, really good sales, etc..
