Our venue is affordable, especially for large groups, but your guests will never know it! The atmosphere is romantic, featuring two custom made Italian chandeliers. Our venue is unique in several ways. Our space is very flexible. We can accommodate groups ranging from 100 all the way up to 420. We can host both your ceremony and reception for groups up to 200 people. You may choose our delicious catered cuisine, or opt for self-catering. Lionsgate Center

The Dove House and Gatehouse at Lionsgate Center offers two unique country estates set among enormous trees wrapped in lights, expanses of lawns, flower gardens and large pavilions with ponds, fountains and sound systems - perfect for outside ceremonies. Ideal for groups from 20 to 500, with formal seating for up to 370 in our largest ballroom. Each facility is appointed with breathtaking architectural elements, art, antiques, fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and dance floors.

Clients may hire any caterer or self-catered events themselves with the assistance of Lionsgate’s professional staff. Clients are also allowed to bring in their own liquor (a huge savings)!

Base prices range from $1600 to $6800 and include tables, chairs, choice of over 50 colors of linens, plates, flatware, glassware, centerpieces, beverages (not including alcohol), wedding ceremony, total privacy, on site event manager and unlimited event planning assistance. An all inclusive vendor package can also be added on at an additional fee. Short notice discounts of 50% are offered for events booking less than 10 weeks in advance, and off season discounts are offered for the months of November, January, February and March.

Newly opened are our two elegant suites at Gallery Ranch for overnight accommodations.

The Event Center has a stage for your DJ, and very spacious dance floor. The Carriage House is a setting for the smaller more intimate weddings.

Catering:
Host may select a caterer of their choice with approval of the Ellis Ranch, Inc. The caterer you choose must be licensed by the County Heath Department, who has sufficient insurance, and their own kitchen. Ellis Ranch, Inc. reserves the right to refuse use of certain vendors, caterers, designers, rental companies, disk jockeys, bands and any other party supplying goods. Please check with Lessee, who reserved the facilities for a complete set of guidelines. *

Alcoholic Beverages:
The Ellis Ranch, Inc. requires that when any alcohol is being served at the Ellis Ranch for any event that the Lessor hires a licensed bartender. Liquor or beer may be served for maximum of six (6) hours. Under no circumstance may any guests bring their own alcohol into the event. *

Capacity:
We offer a very spacious Event Center holding up to 600 guests and our outdoor Wedding Park can hold up to 600 guests. We also offer the Carriage House for more intimate gatherings of 1-125 guests. "No wedding is too small or too large"

Our Banquet room is panelled in oak and seats as many as 400. Full length windows constitute the entire south wall and afford a panoramic view of the city and Cheyenne Mountain. A stage is provided at the east end of the banquet room separating it from the kitchen.

Ten Mile Station

Our Event Coordinators will work with you in selecting the proper facility, room arrangement and menu to ensure a memorable event. We require that all food and beverage be catered through Breckenridge Mountain Dining using our current menus. Event menu, room set-up, estimated attendance, and other details should be finalized with your Event Coordinator at least one month prior to your event.

Adams County Regional Parks

The Adams County Regional Park is the north areas best kept secret. Sitting on over 1,050 acres of event and park space the Adams County Regional Park offers a diverse and unique space to hold weddings and events. There are three buildings available for rentals ranging in space from 8,000 square feet to 20,000 square feet. There are group areas in the park ideal for an outdoor wedding or reception. The crown jewel of the facility is the Waymire Building. This round shaped building offers a beautiful setting that will make any wedding or event unique and beautiful. The Adams County Regional Park is conveniently located in the metro area off of Highway 85 and 124th Ave in Brighton, Colorado.

Four Mile Historic Park
